1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the 88bd website accessible at https://88bd.vu, including all subpages, features, games, betting markets, and services made available thereon.
• "88bd", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 88bd platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a User on the Platform.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh, used for all financial transactions on the Platform unless a cryptocurrency option is explicitly selected.
• "USDT" refers to Tether USD, a cryptocurrency accepted by the Platform for deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or cashback amount credited to an Account by 88bd as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• "Restricted Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 88bd. By performing any of the following actions, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these terms:

• Accessing or browsing any page of the Platform;
• Completing the account registration process;
• Making a deposit or placing a bet on any event or game;
• Claiming any bonus, promotional offer, or free bet.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these terms and that they meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 88bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity);
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited;
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by 88bd or any other gambling platform;
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or affiliate of 88bd or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you a member of the immediate family of such a person;
7. You have not previously had an 88bd Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

88bd reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 88bd Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are required to update your Account information promptly if any of these details change. 88bd bears no liability for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any transaction completed using your login credentials is presumed to have been authorised by you, and 88bd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

88bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering principles. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card or passport, a proof of address document dated within the previous three months, and a screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

88bd currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) internet banking, and USDT via TRC20 and ERC20 blockchain networks. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice, and 88bd does not guarantee that all methods will remain available at all times.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for BDT payment methods. For USDT deposits, the minimum is equivalent to USD 5 at the time of the transaction. 88bd reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account balance within five minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. USDT deposits are credited after one network confirmation on the respective blockchain. 88bd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's infrastructure or network congestion.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

All funds deposited into your Account must be your own money, derived from legitimate sources. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party or use a payment method registered in another person's name. Deposits found to originate from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illicit sources will be seized and reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your Account, you must have completed the KYC verification process as described in Section 4.4, and your Account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or pending bonus wagering requirements on the balance being withdrawn.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for BDT mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during operational hours (08:00–24:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational window. USDT withdrawals are processed within one hour of approval, subject to blockchain network conditions.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. 88bd reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 per transaction.

6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit unless a specific exemption is granted by the 88bd support team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their legitimate source.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the 88bd Platform are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to these general terms. In the event of a conflict between the specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagers placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal) on sports betting markets, or bets placed on games designated as excluded from wagering requirement calculation, will not count toward the fulfilment of any wagering requirement.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

88bd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using arbitrage betting strategies specifically to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional offers.

7.4 Welcome Bonus

New registrants may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, minimum deposit amount, applicable wagering requirements, maximum bet size during wagering, and eligible games will be specified in the welcome bonus offer displayed at the time of registration. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, and payment method.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the 88bd Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of your bet — including the event, market, selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. 88bd will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet on the grounds of a user error unless the error was caused directly by a Platform fault.

8.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time you initiate a bet may differ from the odds at the time the bet is processed. If the odds change between initiation and confirmation, the Platform will display the updated odds and prompt you to accept the change before the bet is placed.

8.3 Void Bets

88bd reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault or human error; or there is clear evidence of match manipulation or corruption affecting the integrity of the result. In all such cases, the stake will be returned to the Account.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum winnings per single betting event and per day are subject to limits as displayed in the relevant betting market. 88bd reserves the right to limit the stake or winnings of any Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

9. Casino Games

All casino games offered on the 88bd Platform are provided by third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, SA Gaming, and Spribe. These games use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer streaming to determine outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session.

Live casino games are subject to the rules published by the respective game studio and displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server's record and will be final. 88bd will not void or replay a live casino round on grounds of a player-side connection failure.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88bd Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to do so;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption, or insider betting in relation to any event offered on the Platform;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Allowing or facilitating a person under the age of 21 to access your Account or use the Platform;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 88bd staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any portion of the Platform's software or content.

11. Responsible Gaming

88bd is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of problem gambling. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered users free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set from the Account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Users can set session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has been reached.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 88bd.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

88bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 88bd's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

88bd collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

88bd will not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required to fulfil our operational and legal obligations.

15. Amendments to These Terms

88bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 88bd support and allow a period of 30 days for good-faith resolution of the dispute. This requirement does not affect any right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief where necessary.
